These two recently made an appearance in a presentation we did on Parenting with Design Thinking at Midwest UX. In that talk, we shared some of the strategies from Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication. The giraffe and jackal are prominent characters in Dr. Rosenberg’s teachings.
